Yesterday marked half a year of inactivity for the site, which, I'm pretty sure, is a new record in negligence. But I am pleased to announce that I've done allmost nothing siteworthy in that amount of time! Now that the half a year cycle is over, I felt the past should stay there and thus I am canceling all the projects I was working on in that time. This will allow a fresh start (The stuff I was doing was honestly not that great, you didnt miss much).

I did do a little flashed out image for newness, so check that out.

A T-shirt design I did for a goon made shirt contest placed among the top entries, it's available for purchase here (the penguin one). The Trial is coming along slowly, as I've been working and reworking how I want it to be done, hopefully I can decide on some more final designs/style soon.

I've spread this update over a few sections for once, two new images in Awfulvars, one new Flashed out and the last new one in paper doodles which is arguably not really a doodle, I just dont have a paper+photoshop section.

A fresh new year is upon us, full of possibilities and other vile fluids of the sort. I'm only a few days late for my promised cartoon update, so I've hopefully lowered my audience’s expectations for the year. Without further ado, I shall announce my next movie: The Trial. Storyboarding for it has been all but completed, but there's still a long road ahead, I will keep the site updated with new clips/ pictures in a new section as I go, so you can in a way be part of the process while spoiling the final project at the same time!

I setup a new mini-section for avatars made for people at the Something Awful forums. There's 27 images there so far.

I've added one new picture to the Flashed Out section of the site, it was done while I was in New York on my laptop. I'm pretty sure that any day/week now I'll be starting my new movie, and it's going to be a big step up from my previous works if all goes as planned. I'll probably make another announcement about it on New Year’s Day, so stay tooned.

Sorry about the downtime, as said before the DNS server got all mixed up.

Do not be alarmed, the site is going through some turbulance right now, the DNS server is being screwy at the moment so you may see a generic ad site come up from time to time, this should be sorted out by friday at lastest.

I've made dedicated banners for 3 of the main site sections (News, Images and Contact) like I said I was planning on yesterday. Now basicly any page you go to has its own personalized look.

-Update: I've launched butterflymasher 2.5, which is what you're looking at now. It's basicly the same with a bunch of behind the scene changes to make it easier to update and the 4 buttons at the top being in a line.

Three images have been added to the Flashed Out section. I'm Planning on what kind of banners should be used on this news page, as of right now they're just the flash doodle banners. I'm thinking of maybe just making one static banner of a news boy or something.

The movie section has been given a facelift. Studies indicated that people are afraid of words, so those pesky little things have been laid off from that division. Hope you like the simpler click banner layout.

The favicon has also been changed to the cupcake. I recommend you accept your new pastry overlord.

I've added new banners to the top of the Flashed Out, Paper Doodles and Movie sections.

I've added 3 new images to the Flashed out section (not all today mind you), So I figured that was worth updating the front page for. I'm going to be doing somthing cool with the top banners tonight and they should be up by sometime tommorow.

Out with the old and in with the new. I've removed the misc. and Photoshop doodle section from the main listings (though they're still technically on the site if you do some clever searching). In their place I've added the new Flashed Out section (for fleshed out flash art) which I'll be adding to over the next few weeks.

I'm Back and one year (well technically 41 days) older. Nothing much happening, I've just been looking for work and doing some little odd jobs (a flash ad for Ratemyteachers.com for example) but more importantly I've added 10 new images to the flash character section. 

You also may notice that now new entries are at the top with them getting older as you descend. It was becoming a chore to scroll past all the things you've most likely seen to get to the new ones. 

As time goes on I will probably end up splitting the section into pages...or something.

Added a little link semi-hidden in the flash doodle section, now when you click the ness picture (now with helpful label) it takes you to a section of images all based on earthbound characters and concepts.

If you're lazy why not cut out the middle man and click here?

well, I added a counter to the bottom of the page, I've been doing a few more flash characters which should be up tomorrow, and Ive been planning on how I should bring all the other art sections up to date.

Blah blah, 7 new images added to what has instantly become my favorite section of the site, The flash doodles!

Over the next few weeks I'll be doing some cleaning up of some sectons as, well, I'm not all that proud of many of the old works to be honest.

Ill keep links on the respective pages to an archive of the content removed aswell, no use forgeting the past I just want to make the site more up to date with my current skill for incase, say, I use it as a portfolio suplement.

Some things happening behind the scenes right now, I'm working on new sections and such and trying out some ideas for how to use the little buttons by the main menu (trying out just some links for now). I added 11 images to the flash doodle page and as you may have noticed, I redid the splash page logo.

Right now I'm working on implementing an Archive section so that theres not ten thousand million updates all on the main page cluttering it up.

Welcome back Butterfans! did you miss me? where have i been, what have I been doing and why has the site been offline for half a year? Long story short I overloaded my last hosts puny servers so they told (read: forced) me to pack up shop and leave. So for half a year I've been doing crap some of you havnt seen, and what does that mean? Mondo updates! over the next few days the sections will be getting wave after wave of new pictures, sections, and maybe a movie or two. Stick around, it'll be a blast.

Big update today, as I've added my new movie to the movie section (with the added benefit of higher quality sound and backgrounds than the newgrounds version). I'll also be opening up a new subsection in the Misc images section to deal with a few ceramics pieces I've been working on (rhymes with ramsoy).

One new scanned doodle page (many more in the queue). And I may or may not be working on a dvd (note, for film festival, not for selling) I have allready converted 3 of the toons to the right video format and I'm making a nice menu just incase I ever choose to start taking requests for a dvd. anyhoo, just go and enjoy some sock wearing games, a guy with a mole body, and headcrabs attacking nintendo characters now,

Woot Woot People, Scanner is back (had to fiddle with some bios settings for a bit) and is working overtime to compensate for its absence. you will find the paper doodle section is getting much larger than before (I'm also looking into a full size image option to implement to get the 100 look at the scans).

anyhoo, thats pretty much all, still busy as a bee with a gun to his back. Head on over to the paper doodle section now before you anger the scanner gods.

Just a little sad update today, Ive been acumilating a buttload of doodles from about 2 weeks worth of lunch periods, and was planning on making a major paper doodle section update with 10+ picture sheets. well turns out my scanner is having a disagreement with some new computer hardware causing it to be unusable now and maybe forever with this comp. I'll try my best to get something working to get those doodles out of my pile (using scanner on other comp or buying new one). As a peace offering i will be uploading other random drawings to tide you neglected fans over.

Just a few little updates today, as you can see the news page has had a few more chages, hope they look good (I've been trying my hardest to make it so its not a chore to read or make new posts, hope they're at least more readable.)

Yesterday, I added 3 new paper doodles to the image section. I also began work on the forums, where you can go and talk about...stuff. I dont expect them to be very busy but hopfully they will be helpful if you have a question for me or somthing.

The Doople site should be atleast showable by Christmas, and then me and the team can start updating with conent and development progress.

Long overdue, but finally here, my site finally has a real domain with a real host (joy!). With this comes lots of stuff I couldnt do before:

-swfs on the site= the movies now work if you're behind a site blocker.

-loads of server space= image section can keep filling up.

-php= new cool features/Sections coming soon.

-More.

Reinterating, I am no longer limited by space and technology restrictions, so.. let it grow, let it grow, let it grow!

I have added a collection of some photoshop doodles (quick little photoshop projects) to the Image section. Still to come are scanned hand drawings, Misc. Digital art sub-sectons. If all goes as planned the Industrial Revolution Sidebars will be up within the hour (6:45 now so I have about 8 minutes). anyway guess I better go get started on it then...
